"Re-Write The Script To Your Life!"

Sometimes situations and circumstances can be so overwhelming that if not they can leave you feeling hopelessly and helplessly stuck in them. But, you must always remember that you have the power to "re-write the script" so to speak, and change the situations and circumstances for the better.

We were all created in the image and likeness of our Creator. This means that, like our Creator, we have the power to create worlds. We have the ability to create worlds of happiness, prosperity and wealth or we can create worlds of sadness, poverty and despair.

All of our creative abilities start in our minds. What we think about the majority of the time is what we attract into our lives.

There is absolutely no truth in the old saying, "Opposites Attract". Only Like Forces attract. Positive attract positive and negative attracts negative. Our thoughts give off vibrations that attract either positive or negative situations, circumstances and people into our lives. This is called the Law of Attraction; and this is the reason life happens the way it does. When we change our thoughts from negative to positive, we change our vibrations from negative to positive, thus attracting the positive forces into our lives.

Once we fully understand the Law of Attraction and the abilities that we possess to change things, we can deliberately channel our thoughts from the negative to the positive through the practice of "Creative Visualization". The practice of quieting the mind and the visualization of being surrounded by optimum situations and circumstances, gives a feeling of well-being. This feeling of well-being gives off vibrations and these vibrations resonate into the Universe, causing the attraction of the desired situations and circumstances.

"Creative Visualization" can be done through "Quiet Visualization" or "Guided Visualization".

"Quiet Visualization" can be practiced daily through quieting the mind. (To do this, one must go into a quiet room, sit in a chair or on the floor, (whichever is the most comfortable), close his or her eyes, and quiet the mind. This usually takes anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the amount of time desired. Once the mind is quiet, the person visualizes the conditions he or she desires to create.)

"Guided Visualization" is practiced the same way a "Quiet Visualization" except the person is guided into the visualization by a guide person or meditation audio aid. "Creative Visualization" helps to condition the mind to believe that it is already experiencing the desired situations and circumstances long before they actually come into physical existence. "Verbal Affirmations" must be given in accordance with the visualizations, for this reinforces one's subconscious belief in the vision. By doing these things, we can change our state of being, thus changing our attitude from an attitude of lack and need to an attitude of abundance, thus changing or re-writing the script to our lives.
